Trim

• Bull Nose - A ceramic floor tile trim that has one rounded finished edge on the tile to give a nice finishing touch. Sometimes it is also used as a substitute for cove base.
• Sanitary Cove Base- A ceramic floor tile trim that has a rounded finished top like a bullnose to cover up the body of the tile.
• Mosaic Tile - Tile size 2”x2” and smaller are usually referred to as mosaics and are often used with different colors to create a pattern or decorative insert. Some of these smaller tiles also come in different shapes, such as hexagon. They usually come assembled with a backing in 12" sheets. Mosaics are also commonly used for shower floors.
• Medallions - Medallions are placed as accents at the corners of 4 tiles where a corner is cut from each of the four main tiles. The medallion is placed at a 45 degree angle in the resulting space. These small squares of tile contrast with the larger main tiles drawing attention to the medellion. They are usually highly decorative with raised or inlaid designs.
• Listellos - Decorative pieces between 2 and 4 inches wide, and between 8 and 13 inches long. Listellos are often used as borders along a wall. They are often etched with decorative floral or artistic patterns. Listellos are often more colorful than the rest of the tile helping them stand out more.
